I know this discussion has developed on a few different My Brute forums and it seems that everyone says they absolutely would not pay to play My Brute (even if it was optional and came with some bonus features), but I am not so sure. I think (depending on the price) that I would pay. Especially if it allowed me to do more than three fights a day, which is something that is planned for this new game.

About this new game…
I am very excited about this new game currently in development. I do not want to give away too many of the details because it is still in the development process, but you can be sure once it is complete I will be posting about it quite a bit. I love My Brute, but I have been looking for a second good game to also occupy my time and I really think this one is it.

Why is 300 victories so cool?
On My Brute you are only allowed to do 3 fights a day. So, in order to reach 300 victories you would have to go 100 days in a row without losing. Sadly, I can’t say that my My Brute is that awesome, but I have gone on a winner streak lately and that has helped me reach and surpass the 300 victory mark.

Level 100?!?!?!?
My next goal on My Brute is to reach level 100. I am currently at 65 and have a long way to go, but hopefully I’ll be posting about reaching that milestone in the next couple of months.

If you watch the fight, you will notice that at the end it just turned into a fist fight. Fist fights are something that you usually do not see after level 1, but because my opponent had so much health we both ran out of weapons before the battle was finally won (by me). It is just interesting and really brings home the question:

It appears that La Brute is down just like MyBrute.com, however, El Bruto is up and you can create a new character there and play.

Creating an elbruto.es character is the same as creating a character for MyBrute.com. Even if you do not know Spanish (which includes me) you can easily walk yourself through the creation process and once you have done that all the other features of El Bruto are the same as My Brute except they are in Spanish.

Hopefully the French and English versions of My Brute will come back up soon. A lot of people have worked very hard to promote their brutes just to have the game crash and die. Plus, what will I have to talk about all the time?

It does not take a mathematician or rocket scientist to look at that graph and see what is happening. MyBrute.com is failing. They are seeing a steady decrease in traffic and popularity in just the past couple months and the obvious culprit is their increase in downtime. So, how can My Brute fix this? Stop the downtime! If their issue, which it is believed by many to be, is a lack of funds to allow the server’s to stay up then they need to figure out a way to monetize the site (maybe put up some advertisements from Google AdSense or other big advertising networks) to help offset the costs.

No matter what the issue it needs to be quickly before they are past the point of recovery and have to shut down. To be honest I am absolutely sick of these brutal errors.

Why create a level 0 My Brute?
If you are first starting out and just created your My Brute, the easiest way to level up is to create a level 0 brute as well. As I mentioned in my article “Can I fight My Brutes with a lower level then me?“, you can fight opponent brutes up to 2 levels under you. Well, by creating a level 0 brute you can be almost 100% sure you’ll get to level 3 very quickly. Once at level 3 you should start fighting level 1 or 2 opponents because by fighting your level 0 again you will only get 1 experience, whether you win or lose.

How to create a level 0 My Brute
Creating a level 0 My Brute is actually very easy. You need to find a brute to pupil under that has less than 100 pupils. My Brutes, like mine, that have over 100 pupils require you to type in a captcha code (the weird numbers and letters) and it does not work as well. So, find a brute with less than 100 pupils such as stickycarrotz and head over to their pupil page so you can create a new brute.

Once at the pupil page type in the name you would like your level 0 brute to be. Do not push VALIDATE. First, point your mouse on the stop button in your browser. It should look like an X and be next to your refresh button. Now that your mouse is over the X push your Enter (Return) key on your keyboard. This will trigger the VALIDATE button. Immediately after clicking Enter click on the X (stop button) continuously until the page stops loading. Once the page has stopped loading you should be able to go to the cellule page of the brute you created and see a level 0 brute!

If you could not get it to work do not worry! I have setup 6 level 0 brutes and listed them below. You are welcome to fight them with your new brute or use them as you please. If they level up please feel free to comment and I will create more.
